Circuit Riders: Pioneers in Non-Profit Networking[Picture of Computer]

A report from the W. Alton Jones Foundation (WAJF) and tcn that demonstrates how technical assistance "Circuit Riders" can be a very successful way to promote the more effective use of technology in the non-profit sector.

"...WAJF and tcn concluded that...advocates needed a Circuit Rider. One dedicated person who would travel to participating...organizations with a communications tool bag and provide hands-on assistance. He'd assess their communication technology needs. Educate them on their options. And assist with implementing new technology when necessary."
